The session is a calm, focused conversation where we explore thoughts, patterns, emotions, or situations that may feel heavy, unclear, or difficult to navigate alone. There is no pressure to perform, fix, or arrive at answers quickly. We work at your pace, starting from where you are.
You don’t need to prepare anything in advance or know exactly what you want to work on. Many people come simply because something doesn’t feel right — and that is enough.
