This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through jrwithin.com / JR Coaching and should be read together with our Terms of Use, Right of Withdrawal, and Privacy Policy.


1. Digital Services & Digital Products

Coaching services and digital content

  • Coaching sessions are delivered digitally (online) at the agreed date and time.
  • Digital products (if offered) are delivered electronically via download, email, or account access.

No physical shipping applies to digital services or digital products.

Once delivery of digital content or services has begun with your consent, the right of withdrawal may expire in accordance with EU law.


 

 

2. Physical Products 

If and when physical products are offered, the following terms will apply.

  • We ship to European Union (EU) countries and other countries as specified at checkout.
  • Available shipping destinations will be clearly shown before purchase.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

 

5. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
  • Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

For made-to-order or limited products, processing times may vary and will be clearly communicated.

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation email.

These times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

7. Delays

While we aim to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers but will assist in tracking and communication when possible.

 

8. Tracking Information

9. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping costs may apply.

 

 


10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Include your order number and relevant photos (if applicable)

Claims must be made within a reasonable time after delivery.

 

11. Transfer of Risk

 

Under EU law:

  • The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer only once the goods are delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer.


 

 

 

12. Returns & Withdrawal

 

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy), in compliance with EU consumer law.
