Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

 

1. General Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from:

• the day of the conclusion of the contract for services or digital content, or
• the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods for physical products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example by email).

 

 

2. Digital Services (Coaching Sessions)

When you book a digital service (such as 1:1 coaching sessions):

• You have the right to withdraw before the service has started.
• If you request that the service begins within the 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge that:
  
• Once the service has been fully provided, your right of withdrawal expires.
• If the service has been partially provided, you may be charged proportionally for the part already delivered.
  

By booking a session and agreeing to start the service, you expressly consent to this.

3. Digital Products

For digital products (such as downloadable content, digital programs, or files):

• The right of withdrawal expires once the download or access has begun, provided that:
  
• You have given explicit consent to begin delivery, and
• You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
  

This applies to all digital content not supplied on a physical medium.

4. Physical Products

 

 

• You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision.
• The goods must be returned unused and in their original condition.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

 

5. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw from a contract, please contact us with the following information:

• Order reference (if applicable)
• A clear statement that you wish to withdraw

6. Refunds

 

If a refund is applicable, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

 

 

7. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Fully completed services that began with your prior consent
• Digital content once delivery has started
• Personalized or custom-made products (future use)
