How Coaching Works
Coaching is a supportive, one-to-one conversation designed to help you slow down, reflect, and gain clarity when things feel overwhelming, unclear, or stuck.
This is not about fixing you or pushing change before you’re ready.
It’s about creating a calm, grounded space where you can explore what’s going on — at your own pace.
A calm and supportive process
Each session is confidential and focused.
We take time to explore:
• What feels heavy
• What feels unclear
• What feels important right now
You don’t need preparation or perfect goals.
Many people begin simply because something doesn’t feel right — and that’s enough.
My role is to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you see patterns or perspectives that may be difficult to notice alone.
You remain in control of the direction and pace.
What coaching is — and what it isn’t
Coaching is:
• A space for reflection, awareness, and clarity
• A supportive dialogue centered on your experience
• A collaborative process grounded in trust and presence
Coaching is not:
• Therapy or medical treatment
• Advice-giving or being told what to do
• A quick-fix or performance program
The work is collaborative and built on trust.
What a session typically looks like
• Sessions are held one-to-one (online)
• Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes
• We begin with what feels most present for you
• The conversation unfolds naturally, without pressure
There is no requirement to commit to multiple sessions.
Some people come once. Others return when they feel ready.
Your pace, your choice
You decide how often we meet and what you want to focus on.
Coaching can support you through:
• Difficult periods
• Transitions
• Personal growth
• Or simply reconnecting with yourself
There is no obligation to continue beyond what feels right.
