Wondering If Coaching Is Right For You?
You don’t need to be certain before considering coaching.
This page is here to help you reflect and decide whether this kind of support feels right for you.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?
No.
Many people begin coaching simply because something feels heavy, confusing, or unclear. You don’t need clear goals or perfect answers. We begin with whatever feels most present for you.
Is coaching only for people with big problems?
Not at all.
Coaching can support you during difficult periods — but also during transitions, moments of uncertainty, or when you feel disconnected from yourself. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from having space to reflect.
What if I feel nervous or unsure?
That’s completely normal.
Feeling hesitant, unsure, or even skeptical is part of the process for many people. Coaching is a calm, supportive conversation — not a test or performance. You are free to move at your own pace.
Will I be told what to do?
No.
Coaching is not about advice or being told how to live your life. You remain in control of the direction and decisions. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and support your own clarity.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No.
Coaching does not replace professional mental health treatment. It is not focused on diagnosis or clinical therapy. Coaching centers on reflection, awareness, personal responsibility, and growth in the present.
How do I know if this is right for me?
The most honest way to know is to experience it.
An introductory conversation gives you space to ask questions, share what’s on your mind, and see how it feels — without any obligation to continue.
